Working my core muscles

Finally dragged myself to my first lesson at Amore. It was Pilates class. While trying very hard to work my core muscles, mainly the abdominal,  I realised I can’t. I must have let them laze around for too long. It is really tough but I know I have to get it going somehow. I have decided to alternate my weekly exercise regime with Pilates and either KB, BEB or CL.
